Cedar is the son of the very accomplished and handsome VA1 Hoss vom Hirmer Teich Sch3. This great dog was in BC Canada and I was lucky enough to aquire one of his offspring; our black and red dynamo Kentucky Cedar v TeMar. Cedar is called a "Rock Star" on the sheepherding fields, even though he is just beginning his career. He shows such huge drive and heart and his instincts are right on for working the sheep.
A very even tempered fellow, with a funny sense of humor, he gets along with dogs, humans and puts up with cats and horses. He is just a young guy and much will be expected of him in the coming months and years. Goals for Cedar certainly include Herding titles, Tracking titles, Obedience titles and Nose works for fun! He is the kind of German Shepherd Dog that can go anywhere, do anything. And to top it off, he's gorgeous.
